1. James has been incarcerated for 41 years
2. For a crime he did NOT commit
3. His lawyers have proof of his innocence
4. He is now 61 years old and has significant health problems
5. Prisons will soon be overwhelmed with COVID-19
6. His lawyers have filed for him to be released while his motion for new trial is pending
7. James will return to a world he does not know, in the midst of a global pandemic
8. In honor of compassion, humanity, and solidarity, we ask for your help to support his re-entry
