Support for the family of Rene Chavez

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Rene Chavez from complications of Covid-19.   He leaves behind his wife, Annette, and daughter, Amanda, and numerous dear friends including his Franklin HS family. As an English teacher, he impacted the lives of his students and colleagues. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. His family has asked for help with funeral expenses and all other monetary struggles that they will face through this tragedy.
