Bad car accident

Hello, my name is Valerie. I am a single mother of 3 amazing children, a 12 year old, a 13 year old and an 8 year old. On October 27, 2023, our world was turned upside down when an uninsured driver under the influence was careless getting behind the wheel, during the time of day when so many innocent children were being taken to school by their parents. Because of this man's carelessness and disregard for those around him, we were hit. My 8 year old suffered a broken femur, thankfully everyone else walked away with minor scratches and bruises. She had to have emergancy surgery on her leg that day as for her needs, I have not been able to work and she has not been able to attend school. This has been very hard, from not having a vehicle and not being able to go back to work this man was not insured my car as you can see was a total loss. My bills are pilling up. I don't want to lose our

home! I have a mortgage bill to pay as for my daughter and her leg she will have to continue seeing a orthopedic for a couple of years to watch her growth as to her leg and she will have to attenend therapy to learn to walk againg when the time comes. I am desperately seeking your help and support as everything is accumulating on us.
