Alexx’s top surgery

Hi my name is Alexx, and I’m a trans man. I am hoping to be able to get top surgery within the next year, especially because both mentally and physically I’m not doing well with binding anymore. My chest has always been such a huge cause of dysphoria and anxiety and it would do wonders for my mental health for it to be gone.
