Update on Nigel is recovering from a horrible ATV accident which has resulted in multiple surgeries. It has been 33 days spent in the hospital 11 surgeries, aggressive wound care and powerful antibiotics Nigel has been a trooper throughout. He faces a major surgery on 17 November where the doctors hope to save his lower leg this surgery didn’t go as they wanted but the doctors are still fighting to save his leg yesterday he under went his 11th where they tried something else. He will have another surgery in 4weeks which will be the final attempt they are giving him 4 weeks to recover from all the surgeries and regain some strength. The doctors have been wonderful, compassionate and caring. He is a 16 year old athlete that dreams of returning to the Football field, wrestling mat and soccer pitch. While we are thankful his life has been spared, his recovery will be long and difficult. We are hopeful this community will be able to help support his family as they help with his care. God bless
