Help Erin Beat Breast Cancer!

Donation protected
Hello,

My name is Allison Sargent Larkin, Erin Enyart’s first cousin and close friend. Her family and I come to you with a heavy heart to share some difficult news about Erin. In March of 2023, she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Our family is devastated by this news, but we know Erin is so strong and brave. We are graciously asking that you help support Erin during her battle with Breast Cancer.
Erin is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky. Since graduating, Erin re-located from Kentucky to Florida, where Erin has touched the lives of many, many people through her 16-year-long career as a child and school psychologist for Pinellas County Schools. Throughout her entire life, she has given back to others whether it be through her work, volunteering, or providing a friendly and supportive shoulder to those in need.

Erin is a loving daughter, sister, aunt, colleague, and friend. She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Erin is the kind of person you just feel lucky to be around and her smile is always contagious. However, Erin is now about to enter the fight of her life and she needs our help!

In December of 2022, during her first mammogram at age 40, an abnormal lump was discovered. January and February of 2023 consisted of numerous doctor’s appointments to complete additional mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, biopsies, genetic testing, bloodwork, consultations, and additional medical procedures. On March 3rd, 2023, biopsy results confirmed her worst fear…a diagnosis of Grade 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer (estrogen receptor+, progesterone receptor+, and HER2-negative). Even though her doctors at Moffitt Cancer Center believe that the cancer was found early, due to several factors, particularly a significant family history of breast cancer, her treatment must be aggressive at this time. On May 16th, 2023, Erin will undergo a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. In addition to all the out-of-pocket treatments and medical expenses not covered by insurance, this will be a major surgery requiring her to be out-of-work for 6-12 weeks. After the surgery is completed and pathology results come back, we will know what stage cancer Erin is fighting and if she will also require radiation and/or chemotherapy.

Erin’s mother, Sherri Stamper, will be traveling to Florida to help aide in her recovery as well. This will be a long journey for Erin and funds will be used to cover medical costs and living expenses while she is in treatment. Let’s get our girl healthy and back on track!
If you would rather send via Venmo
@Erin-Enyart, it will have a picture of her. If it asks for the last 4 digits of her phone number, it is 1182. Please add supportive wording such as, “Dinner on me” or “Beating Cancer.”
If you are not in a position to give, prayers for strength, healing, and recovery are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your love, kindness, support, and prayers!
