My name is Gayl Anglin and I am a parent of a high school senior at Deering High School in Portland Maine and a member of the fund raising committee for Project Graduation 2024. This event is sponsored by parents of the graduating class, with the endorsement of the Deering High School administration. We are trying to bring Project Graduation back to Deering High School.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to ensure our graduating seniors can have a final safe and sober celebration together. We desperately are in need of financial support from families, friends, and the community in order to make this a reality for our students.

Project Graduation originated in Maine in the early 1980s and was born out of tragedy as the result of too many new graduates losing their lives as the result of alcohol-laden celebrations. It quickly became popular in schools across the country and continues to this day as the preferred organized graduation party.
