Hi my name is Desiree Zuniga and I am the founder of
The Fearless Scholar Foundation (FSF). The goal of the foundation is to raise funds to financially assist cancer survivors in pursuing their collegiate education.

As a college counselor I have seen the various challenges that students face but none more than a student trying to move forward after a life threatening disease. As a cancer survivor, I know the physical stressors of fighting the disease and the emotional stressors that follow long after. Pursuing personal goals can benefit a cancer survivor greatly and can set them on a positive road to recovery!

The foundation will be raising funds until JULY 1, 2017. The scholarship application will be open from APRIL 2017 to JULY 2017. Cancer survivors from the ages of 18-30 living in California and attending college are highly encouraged to apply!! Recipients will be selected early July of 2017.
