Federal Court Cases - Fighting Against Mandates

 

Thank you for your interest in supporting Frontline Alliance Manitoba, and more specifically our efforts to bring a realistic end to the overbearing mandates Canadians are experiencing. We are a large group of frontline workers who reside in Manitoba, and our mission is to end the divide our "leaders" have created, and continue to stand up for all our rights. For too long our government and political elites have instilled fear based propaganda in an attempt to obtain more control over citizens in this amazing country.

 

Throughout the pandemic frontline workers have been able to see first hand what's really happening in our cities, without the bias and selective information the mainstream media chooses to share. For most of us it became very obvious early on that there was a serious disconnect between what was being told to the public and what was actually happening. Yes, this illness has taken lives, however when you look at the statistical data, it's clear the government and mainstream media are choosing to tell a very different story. We are living with a virus that thankfully has a very low mortality rate compared to initial predictions, and the data tells us that we need to focus our efforts to protect our old, sick and immune compromised. With that said it is unacceptable to be living in fear as a population almost two years into this pandemic when we have the data to be able to adjust our plans so that our country can begin to build back. The fallout we are seeing from a beaten down economy and a population living in fear will take its toll on all Canadians for years to come. If we do not act now to change the narrative, the country we all call home may not make it through this.

 

Right now Canadians face unprecedented times where employers think they have the right to mandate their employees to take experimental mRNA vaccines, or face discriminatory consequences like unreasonable testing, restrictions and outright punitive measurements for making a personal medical choice. We are not here to debate the merits of the vaccine, we are here to stand up for the Charter of Rights and Freedoms that every single Canadian is protected under. All Canadians vaccinated or not should be concerned when their own government pushes big employers to mandate anything that goes against freedom of bodily autonomy. This is a slippery slope and one that Canadians cannot come back from if we let it happen.

 

The members of Frontline Alliance Manitoba have been funding multiple legal battles that are set to go to federal court. We believe these are fights that need to happen now so that further mandates are not pushed on the private sector more than they already are. Our legal team is confident, competent and understands that no one in Canada is above the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and it is time we as free Canadians take back our rights. We know we will win this, we know there will be a huge positive ripple effect through the country, and its time the government realizes they are not above our governing laws and acts.

 

As our legal battles move forward the unfortunate reality is that expenses are increasing. Up until this point we have been funding this with our own resources, but we are now in need of help and are asking our supporters to donate what they can to assist our efforts. Some of our members have taken a stand for all Canadians by not complying with these overbearing and discriminatory mandates resulting in illegal, discriminatory, unjust and punitive measures such as leave without pay. With that said every single dollar that is graciously contributed to Frontline Alliance Manitoba goes towards our legal and operational expenses. Not one member is going to take a penny from this movement; the countless hours we are spending to make this a reality are coming from our own personal time because we believe we have a duty to fight for Canadians rights and freedoms so that our children can grown up in a country that is free. We took oaths to protect and care for ALL of you as Canadians and I ensure you these oaths are as much a part of us as the breaths we take; this is who we are.
