My name is Deb Stark and I am the councilwoman representing District 3 in Phoenix. Arizona Senator Kate Brophy McGee and I are asking our constituents to help those on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis. We are seeking donations in order to provide delicious meals from local restaurants in Phoenix for our first responders and health care providers.
