Feed Our Medics - Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

We have delivered 650 meals to hospitals in Sydney, with 100% of funds going to nourishing our frontline heroes.

As seen on Channel 9 news  (May 10), A Current Affair  (April 23) and in the Sunday Telegraph  (April 5, 2020).


We feed our health care heroes  AND support local cafes and restaurants who are also seeing hard times. 

Everything is locally funded, sourced and supported. Locals supporting locals.


We know that our medics at RPA are spending long hours helping patients fight the coronavirus, and we want to support them with a healthy, nutritious meal from a covid-trained-supplier.

Many of our frontline medics are having a hard time getting a healthy meal to last their shift because it is difficult to get to the shops, they have to order far in advance and supermarket stocks are often running low.  We are helping our medics access a decent, nutritious meal to help them through their shift. Some of these shifts are 12 hours long and they are back to back for 5-6 days. They are facing additional risk for themselves and their families, as well as extra training and safety hypervigilance. During SARS, 25% of those affected were the healthcare workers who put themselves there to HELP.


We have spoken with local cafés who have advised for $10 a medic we could provide them with a healthy, filling meal for their lunch or dinner.
