Help Build a Well & Medical Aid for Gambia Family in Need!

Hi, my name is Ben Curtis. Some of you may remember me best as the Dell Computer Dude.

What you might not know is that I was raised by a school teacher who helped refugees for 10 years, and a priest, who helped the homeless, underserved, tand traveled to Third World countries to feed and educate people. After my father died two years ago, the father of a starving family Gambia reached out to me. I believe that God put them in my life

After a year of communication, I have verified that they are real, genuine, trustworthy humans in dire need of food, water, and a well. The father, Seedy Manjang, has been teaching himself English, so that he can help care for his family of 17, who include many orphaned children and elders. Over the last year, I have sent them food and groceries and water. However, it’s clear that they need more help than just the occasional food. They need a well, which will provide them water for gardening, so that they can help grow food and hydrate the community.

The economic disparage between our country and many Third World countries is absolutely unfathomable. A little bit of money can go along way to provide medical care, sanitary pads for women, and most of all water, which is the source of life.

Please help me help this family. All of your money will go directly to the building of their well, and will be personally overseen by myself and their father, Seedy.

The younger Ebrima who is my sisters son is 7 years

Famara is also 6 of age

grandma (recently deceased - end of 2024)

They still need your help to build and well and buy local food. Until they have more resources, Seedy and his family relies on the kindness and generosity of strangers like us - people who care about helping those less fortunate without basic human necessities, like food, jobs, housing, medical care or affordable anything.
