Hi! My sister, Louise and her family live on a remote Cook Island called Nassau. Her husband, Ta, is a minister with the Cook Island Christian Church and she has 3 children and 1 grandchild who lives with them and two sons who attend school at Rarotonga.
Being a remote island the only access is by boat, a barge that takes 5 days from Rarotonga to get there. The barge comes every 2-3 months, bringing their grocery order as there are NO SHOPS on Nassau. All their food comes on this barge, so they must not only try to think of all they need each time, they have to have money to pay for it. Quite often, luxuries like Milo and Cabin biscuits are too costly for them, let alone, tinned or frozen vegetables or anything special to vary their diet.
Would you partner with Louise and Ta and supplement their shopping budget in 2025?
