Feed253 2024 ThanksGIVING Food Drive

Feed253 is a community food security project that began here in Tacoma in 2009. Each November, we hold a ThanksGIVING Food Drive, with the goal to feed as many hungry folks in our community as possible.

As Covid took hold in the spring of 2020, Feed253 also started a community project to deliver safely made and packaged meals for our houseless neighbors on Hilltop. We anticipated this would last a few months, but 4 1/2 years later community members continue to cook and distribute meals 3x/week.

Feed253 also continues to support the YWCA Pierce County by regularly providing dinner for clients and their children.

Feed253 is 100% volunteer run, so every dollar we receive helps us continue our mission. Together we can help end hunger in the 253!
