Felicia’s Brain Cancer Fund
Donation protected
Currently, Felicia is out of the hospital and recovering from having a grade 4 glioblastoma removed. On May 1st she was getting ready to paint in her new home when she had a seizure. Luckily she wasn’t alone and Phil was sure to bring her to the hospital to get evaluated. She was discharged and was feeling better. On May 5th she went to Lowe’s in Weymouth to make a purchase. While she was shopping she had another seizure. Thankfully Lowe’s employees and good samaritans were by her side. They called 911 and she was transported to South Shore Hospital. During her time there is when she was told they found a brain tumor in her frontal lobe and would be sending her to Brigham and Women’s to have it removed. Now the tumor is removed, she has completed radiation, is starting a clinical trial, and the outcome is looking up, but now she is out of work and can’t drive until November. Felicia has a lot of pride and will refuse help when it is offered so that is why I thought a fundraiser would be a great way to help her in a time of need. We can help alleviate the financial burdens of being a new homeowner and everyday life so that she can heal in peace.
If you would feel more comfortable donating directly to her you can Cash App her ($FeliciaHughess) or Venmo her (@Felicia666).
