Felicity Coleman's homegoing and Support

Donation protected
We are deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved, Felicity Coleman, who passed early morning on July 5, 2020. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend that touched everyone's life that knew her. Felicity aspired to love and foster meaningful relationships with everyone no matter who they were. Especially in these divisive times, Felicity’s remarkable ability to connect through compassion, empathy and laughter will be greatly missed. However, above all Felicity's love for her family did not go unnoticed. Chiefly her only son, Michael, who she loved dearly; and which no mother should be taken so tragically away from their child at the tender age of 34.
Felicity Coleman was an unintended victim of a senseless murder that took place while she spent her last moments watching fireworks with neighbors. At 3:10 AM, a man indiscriminately fired shots in to a crowd that caused a stray bullet to struck and kill our darling Felicity. With the help of the community, Boston Police Department was able to quickly identify and arrest the shooter who tragically alter our lives forever.
We are extremely appreciative more than words can ever describe for the quick and courageous act of our community that stepped forward and did the right thing to ensure the family, friends and community get the justice that’s deserved. However, the unanticipated death of Felicity has caused another burden on the family in which we must call on the community for help.
Felicity's lifelong goal was to ensure that her son, Michael, was taken care of and she did so up until her last days. She was a loving mother and worked hard to provide the best life she could, and we hope to continue her legacy.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to her son, Michael via GoFundMe. This would have been Felicity’s last request. It is now our responsibility to ensure she gets the home going celebration she deserves and to honor her life's request by taking care of Michael.
On behalf of the family, we like to thank all who have called, texted, visited and sent flowers. We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support for our family. Any amount of contributions is appreciated beyond words and sharing is just as helpful if you cannot donate. Thank you once again.
