Felipe Ramirez Bicycle Accident Fundraiser
Donation protected
Our dearest Felipe Ramirez suffered a horrific bike accident Saturday night, August 6th, around 10:00 pm, on Stanyan Street in San Francisco. He was riding downhill when a black SUV swerved into his lane without a blinker. Maneuvering to get out of the way, Felipe lost control of the bike and flew over the handlebars. He landed on his face, scraping the street asphalt for almost 5 feet. The car drove off and left him lying on the road, bloodied and spitting his front teeth out. Thankfully, he was wearing a life-saving helmet.
Thanks to the kindness of a bystander, Felipe was assisted and escorted to the Emergency Room at St. Mary's hospital, where he received critical medical care. He also received temporary dental implants this week and is awaiting permanent front teeth.
Lacking dental insurance and losing wages from the necessary time off work to recover from this traumatic accident, we are raising funds to help Felipe replace his teeth and support him through this painful and challenging time. Any contribution will help. We humbly thank you, as does He. Much love and appreciation to you all.
