Felix's Medical Fundraiser

Felix was hit by a car. We were told that his owners were contacted, but were unable to care for him, so he was brought to El Paso Animal Services. The El Paso Pug Rescue has taken him in. He's currently stable and resting in a foster home. So far, we can see that Felix's femur is broken, and he will need surgery. Please donate. Every little bit helps.
