Caribbean Women in Leadership (CIWiL) is a non-partisan and independent, flagship networking organization committed to advancing women’s transformational leadership, to increase the number of women in leadership and decision making in political and civic life.

In celebration of International Women's Day 2024: "Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress" the Antigua & Barbuda Chapter CIWiL launched a campaign Fempreneur Fund: "Invest in Women's Dreams Empowering Futures". This is a 3-month initiative which aims to provide financial support, mentorship, and resources to women entrepreneurs in Antigua & Barbuda, who are making a difference in their industries. We believe in the power of female-led businesses to drive innovation, create change, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
