Feral cat medical expenses for Denise's cats

Denise my Sister has a brain tumor and other health issues which prevents her from working now. She has a huge heart and suffers from Depression. She loves these cats so much! She adopted the feral kitties by her home to save their lives. Mama cat is pregnant also. There are about 8 cats. She is getting them spayed and nuetered but funds are scarce. One cat just cost $300 to fix because she had other issues and this IS through a Feral cat program.  She wants to keep them.Please help . ANY amount helps TY so much and God Bless.
