Ferndale Veterans Mall Renovation

The Ferndale Memorial Association is a small non profit which works to honor and remember those who have served our country. We put on the Memorial Day parades and Veterans Day Observances each year in Ferndale, Michigan. We need to renovate the Veterans Memorial Mall at Livernois and Nine Mile Road, and would like to do so before the 100th annual parade in May 2018. The area around the mall needs a handicap accessible path, and the central raised area needs to be made level, have new stones added,  and be made accessible as well. 
We already have  approval from the city and an architectural design has prepared. There are two phases of construction, and we need $40,000 to start Phase One. We have already raised just over $10,000 but need to raise $30,000 more in just a few months so that we can start constuction this summer! Donations made here will go directly to the Ferndale Memorial Association, a registered 501(c)(4) non-profit.
