Fetal Surgery, due to amniotic band syndrome

My baby has amniotic band syndrome. Fetal surgery would be the only way to guarantee that my baby will survive. His umbilical cord is "encased" by amniotic bands that could cut off the circulation to him at anytime. Also an amniotic band is around his hips which is shown in the picture but is not life-threatening as the umbilical cord strangulation would be.

This surgery is not covered by my insurance as it is "out of network" but there is no one else that can do this surgery. They have informed me that this surgery will cost me $14,959 out of pocket. I am desperate to keep my baby safe, please help me to afford this surgery so I can know he will survive.

All funds would go towards the laparoscopic fetal surgery in which Dr Quintero will remove all amniotic bands from my baby and his umbilical cord.
