Cassie & Todd Fetty Wildfire Rebuilding Fund
Help The Fettys Rebuild After The Oregon Almeda Wildfire
My forever work wife Cassie Fetty (née Lindbloom) and her husband Todd have suffered a tragic loss from the Oregon wildfires.
On Tuesday, September 9th, as the Almeda wildfire quickly spread from Ashland, Oregon up Interstate-5, it engulfed the Fetty's hometown of Phoenix, OR. They escaped with their two cats (Steve French and Jaya), their pup (Button), and a handful of possessions, but everything else was destroyed in the fire. They have lost their beloved home and everything in it.
Cassie and I went to college together in the early 2000's and worked side-by-side at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for fifteen years. Many of you also know Cassie from OSF's Green Show where she worked as a producer, or from The Wild Goose where (pre-Covid) you could occasionally find her hosting Karaoke and Open Mic Nights or slinging drinks from behind the bar, or from Lincoln, Nebraska where she was born and raised. She has dedicated her career to raising awareness for social justice issues, and through her work, has produced and supported dozens of fundraisers for local causes.
Cassie and Todd will need funds to replace what can be replaced, for unexpected expenses to weather the coming days and weeks without a home of their own, and to begin rebuilding.
All donations will go directly to Todd and Cassie in the form of unrestricted funds to use as they choose, because we believe that people know their own needs best of all. You can also give to Cassie and Todd directly through Cassie's venmo account: @Cassondra-Fetty.
Please share and consider making a donation to help Cassie and Todd begin to recover from this unimaginable loss.
I'll post any updates as they arise. Thank you all for coming together to raise up our loved ones <3
