Devastating House Fire

Our dear friend and neighbor Andra lost everything in a house fire on February 14, 2023. Fortunately, Andra and her tenant Emilie were not home when the fire broke out but the fire moved rapidly through her beloved Victorian, claiming the lives of her beloved cats, Opal and Ollie, and destroying the home that has been in her family since 1977. While the cause of the fire is still unknown, Andra is facing a daunting challenge moving forward.

Anyone who knows Andra knows how much she loves San Francisco, Victorian homes, history, minitures and animals. Andra volunteers at the SFSPCA 3 days per week and tirelessly advocates on behalf of animal adoptions. She is also a member and volunteer for The Victorian Alliance. She is a loving and giving person and never has a bad word to say about anyone.

Now Andra needs the love and support of her community - whether you know her from the lower Haight neighborhood, the animal shelter, hula or belly dancing, the world of miniatures, costuming, Facebook, or one of her many other pursuits - it is time for the love to flow her way.
