Help Laura fight breast cancer

2023 started off with a bang for Laura with a broken hand, which was immediately followed by an unexpected diagnosis of Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (breast cancer) on January 9, taking her & her family by surprise. She’s had 2 biopsies, multiple MRIs, and underwent surgery on February 15. She is currently awaiting pathology results from surgery, but at a minimum, will need to have daily radiation beginning in March.

Those of you who know Laura, know how much she loves her kids and how fiercely independent she is. She is always looking to offer a helping hand to others and sit with them through their darkest moments. She has handled the diagnosis with grace and optimism. However, the medical bills have already started adding up and, given her need to heal, Laura will be restricted from working for a while.

We are looking to support her through a difficult time, just like she would have supported others. Any contributions will be used to pay medical bills, mitigating the financial burden.
