Support Cassandra's Fight Against Stage IV Cancer

I'm Kristi, and I'm one of Cassandra Thompson's sisters. Recently, she was experiencing stomach issues, and after some testing, doctors discovered she had stage IV colon cancer. It's spread to her liver and lungs.

Cassandra is a single mom who works hard to provide for her three children (Myles, 18, Donovan, 6, and Shelby, 5), but as we all know, medical expenses add up quickly, even with health insurance. We're creating this fundraiser to help her with out-of-pocket costs she'll encounter, whether it's medical bills, travel costs, or even just treating herself and her kids to a meal delivery service so she doesn't have to cook one night during this fight.

Since her diagnosis, Cassandra has impressed me with how positive she is and how ready she is to fight this. I want to help her maintain that mindset by hopefully removing some of the financial burden.

This diagnosis comes mere days after our other sister Nichoel was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer (her GoFundMe is here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/show-love-and-support-for-nichoels-cancer-fight). Both Cassandra and Nichoel begin treatment later this month, so even if you can't donate, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. My nieces and nephews need their moms around for a LONG time.
