My voice needs to be heard

Hi, I can not say any personal identifying information for the intended party for legal purposes and privacy laws. Someone I know was violently sexually assaulted and also was physically harmed. This person suffered a neck injury among other injuries. Due to their existing injuries, it is hard for them to obtain gainful employment so that they can move forward without falling behind in bills. This person goes out of their way to help others when they need the help right now. This person suffered in many ways and I want to help raise funds for them to be able to have their bills paid without working about getting a job while they are still under a lot of trauma.
