Service expenses

Our mother passed away this morning from complications due to her cancer. 

She did not have life insurance because she could not afford it on her fixed income. The funeral home needed all costs up front for a viewing or service and since we could not front $6,000 we have unfortunately decided against a service and are going to just have her cremated as she wished. 

We hate to ask, but any and all help will be greatly appreciated by our family.
