Let’s help Sheree

Sheree was diagnosed last May with a Stage IV Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (LCNEC) which is a very rare and aggressive form of cancer. As this cancer is so rare there is a limited amount of research available with this type of cancer and therefore treatment continues to be very variable depending on which chemotherapy works for each person.

Sheree has currently exhausted all traditional forms of chemotherapy that as of yet have not provided any success. She has now been commenced on Carbometyx (which is not typically used for a LCNEC) in the hope that this may have some success. It has shown a some positive results however the tumours in Sheree’s liver are continuing to grow.

Sheree has started Immunotherapy to see if this could help reduce the cancer growing in her liver and is not covered under the PBS Scheme. Currently the cost is $3450 per dose every 3 weeks.

Sheree is a beautiful friend of over 47 years who would do anything for anybody.

She’s a caring, loving single mum of 3 beautiful girls and we would like to help her and the family in any way possible.
