Stand with Our Sister in Her Time of Need

As-salamu alaykum dear community,

We are reaching out on behalf of a sister in our community who is in urgent need of support.

Recently, she received a notice for removal proceedings related to her asylum case, with a court date set for May. She is overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty, and is doing everything she can to fight for her right to stay here in the U.S with her young child.

To do this, she must hire an experienced immigration attorney. She has already begun consultations, but the cost for legal representation is around $6,000

We are hoping to come together as a community to support her in this time of crisis.
