Legal Costs

I am a freelance editor denied pay for my work and subject to abuse of the arbitration process to force me to exit settlement of the debt and prevent me from working. The work contract, which is still in force, denies me any other employer through an exclusivity clause barring any W-2 or 1099 work and if I am forced out of arbitration I cannot get a release enabling me to work. The help I seek is to pay the abusive arbitration costs designed to drain my legal resources. All the help sought will go to that caue. I will pay this forward when I return to work to another worthy cause (animal welfare). I have nowhere else to turn. I will be forever grateful for your help. Thx.
