Hello family, friends, and community members. Many hearts are broke. Jake earned his angel wings March 17, 2023. Jake was courageous, outgoing, and had a smile as bright as the sun. A laugh? He made many. Jake is a son, a dad, a brother, and much more, and a true blessing to many lives. No words can truly justify who Jake was and what he means or the love that many share for him. We’re asking for any help to cover funeral arrangements during this heartbreaking time. No amount will lessen the heartbreak. We appreciate everyone’s support, loving words, and prayers during this time.
