My name is JC Guzman and I am Fidel Guzman's son. I will be running this campaign for him.
Fidel is a hard working, selfless and passionate man. All his life he dedicated it to either his mother wife or children. Many of his friends even consider him family. He instilled good morals to his children and manages to inspire anyone he meets. For the entirety of his life as a husband and father, he has been the financial head of the household, and has done a fantastic job. Unfortunely, we received some very heartbreaking news 6 months ago..
Fidel was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and this past month the growth pace increased. They met with numerous specialists to see what the options were. Originally, we were told that surgery or chemotherapy would not be a viable option. They said it was too risky. After meeting with the specialist this time around they felt like it was. The only concern that the family is left with will be the costs of the bills while he is in recovery from his surgery, which is roughly 4-6 months, as well as chemotherapy sessions.
The family wants Fidel to not worry one bit about the financial issues, and just kick cancers butt! We are doing absolutely everything we possibly can to support Fidel, but the family can't do it alone. We need help. Anything from moral to financial help, we gratefully appreciate everything and anything.
