Fidel passed away and his funeral preparations. ---------- I am the niece of Fidel Soto. He passed away and I was asked to help make this account by my mother for the many friends and family who wish to support us in this time. The funds go directly to my mother via zelle , who is his sister, to pay for the funeral rate that was finally settled after finding our funeral home.
