I'm reaching out on behalf of someone very special to me, Dylan Dutcher. In January 2020, Dylan received the devastating diagnosis of Chordoma, a rare bone tumor that emerged in their spine. Since then, Dylan has shown unwavering courage and determination in the face of this challenging journey.Dylan sought treatment in Jacksonville, where they underwent rigorous therapies and surgeries to combat this relentless disease. Despite the tremendous physical and emotional toll, Dylan remained resilient, never losing hope in their battle against cancer. However, just when we thought the worst was behind us, another hurdle appeared on Dylan's path. In February 2023, a spot was discovered on Dylan's thyroid, prompting additional treatment in Nashville. May 2024 heart conditions due to chemotherapy have developed. This unexpected turn has added yet another layer of complexity to Dylan's fight. Throughout this journey, Dylan has not only faced the physical challenges of treatment but also the overwhelming financial burden that comes with battling cancer. The cost of medications, monthly bills, transportation, and treatment expenses has taken a significant toll, leaving Dylan facing crippling debt. That's why I'm reaching out to our community for support. Together, we can make a difference in Dylan's life by alleviating some of the financial stress they're facing.
