Fight for the protection of Emmett

Hi my name is Brooke,

I have 3 kiddos and in 2019 I lost custody of my son Emmett in court to a man that emotionally and verbally abused me for years. I was threatened with my son everyday to where I was afraid to leave and when I finally got the courage his threats became my reality.

In the middle of the night my son was moved to another state, I hired a lawyer and I have paid over $50,000 to this law firm, my son has told me he is being raped, physically abused, emotionally abused, he is not shown love or affection, the police won’t help, CPS does nothing, his father is smart… and knows how to use the system. In December I called the police for help when my son told me of the awful things happening they laughed at me. Since then the courts said we had to wait until this month to file for a final hearing for modification. I have evidence of medical neglect, dental neglect, sexual abuse, but I’m out of options with money I have used all the resources fighting all the ridiculous strike and dismiss motions my ex has filed. I need help to bring my son home and bring him to safety. He’s 7 years old, I have been fighting his whole life for him and I can’t give up now.

My 11 year old son had to hear about all the things his brother endures. My 2 year old daughter asks for him all the time.

I promised my son I would fight for him I just need help to finish the fight. I have pulled from my 401K I have been living off credit cards to pay the law firm.

I am begging for help to protect him.
