THE STORY:
On December 9th, 2015, Britt was diagnosed with a rare form of ovarian cancer. After a short yet courageous battle with the disease, she passed away on Monday February 1st, 2016. Through only two months of discussions with her immediate family, Britt dedicated herself and her legacy to creating an organization to help other women facing similar hardship.
This Gofundme page is only the first step towards a fully-functioning, 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to helping other women who are battling ovarian cancer. Your generous donation will go towards the Fight Like Britt Charity campaign continuing the generosity and goodwill that Britt modeled every day. As of June 2018 we have touched over 750,000 people. All money goes to raising awareness to the symptoms of ovarian cancer.
