Please Help Me Bring My Daughter Home From The Hospital

My daughter Leeah was accidentally shot in the head on April 25,2023. We’ve been inpatient at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital ever since. We finally got the all clear to get discharged as we await one more surgery to replace the bone that had to be removed from her skull. Navigating this journey with her complex medical needs has been challenging to say the least. It’s hard finding a place to move to that is wheelchair accessible and not super expensive, especially since we got evicted in July after I fell behind on our rent due to me having to drastically reduce the number of hours I could work. Please help me bring my daughter home so we can start the next chapter of her story. She has insurance but insurance doesn’t cover rent, deposit, utilities, truck rental to get our things out of storage or the repairs/maintenance needed to make the van we were donated reliable. It’s a 2001 so there are a few things on that need to be fixed especially whatever is causing the thick white smoke to come out the back. Thank you!
