Fight The Expulsion of 3 TN State Representatives

A resolution to expel Tennessee State Representatives Gloria Johnson, Justin Jones, and Justin Pearson from the Tennessee House of Representatives has been put in motion on the evening of Monday, April 3, 2023.

The vote for them to be expelled is Thursday, April 6, 2023 and the vote will pass and they will be removed from the House of Representatives immediately!

Backstory of how we got here:

On March 27, 2023 a school shooting took place in Nashville, TN at Covenant School where three children and three adults were murdered by an individual with an AR-15 pistol, Kel-Tec carbine, and a handgun.

The Tennessee Three along with their other Democrat Legislative Colleagues immediately advocated for more than just thoughts and prayers, but for real action to be taken by the Tennessee General Assembly to pass school safety and gun laws such as red flag laws, background checks, and other gun measures to protect PEOPLE! CHILDREN!

On March 30, 2023 the largest protest in recent history took place at the Tennessee Capitol. This protest went from outside to peacefully inside the capitol hallways.

At the end of the Legislative session in the House Chambers, the Tennessee Three stood up after being silenced to talk about the children and adults who were recently killed, and took to the microphone at the well.

They spoke and advocated for the lives lost and in turn the Speaker of the House ruled them out of order and after 20 seconds, went to recess. The Tennessee Three continued to advocate in the well for safety measures and for the lives lost and because of this, they are now up to be removed from their duly elected seats.

They have already been removed from all of their assigned Committees.

They have already lost access to the parking garage, door access, and elevator access.

They will need attorneys to fight this and we are ready to defend and support them today!
