Fight with Adrienne to Ring The Bell!

On November 20, 2020, my phenomenal sister-friend Adrienne was admitted into the E.R. for acute abdominal pain. Soon, she was wheeled into the O.R. for emergency surgery and had 7.5 inches of her colon removed. She was diagnosed with Stage IV colorectal cancer; the most advanced stage. She remained alone in the hospital for 15 days due to Covid-19 visitor restrictions. 

Adrienne is only 43 years young, a wife, a loving mother of 9, an army veteran who served 23 years with assignments in Korea, Kuwait, Germany, Japan, Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan, a motivational speaker and the founder of No More Hurt Kids, a non-profit organization to help end sexual abuse, harassment, and bullying.

She started chemo immediately afterwards and must complete 6 months of treatment. While she has managed to complete 3 months so far, she still has 3 more to go. During this time, she has accumulated mounting medical bills and household expenses and has been unable to work. In addition, she was recently hospitalized Thursday,  March 4th for blood clots in her lungs. Adrienne is a fierce fighter and I believe in her strength to defeat this terrible disease.

She is such a giving person with a heart of gold and, in the midst of her struggles, she is still concerned with helping others. It is her desire to raise enough funds with her non-profit organization to provide laptop computers for underprivileged children impacted by Covid-19 in support of their distance learning. Yet, she needs assistance herself.

Please help her fight for her life by offsetting some of her medical costs and expenses incurred during her treatment. We want to see her ring the bell in June in all her purple haired glory! (Her favorite color and a source of happiness during chemo treatments.)
