Fight With Jackson & the Griffin Family

Hello everyone, in a world that seems turned upside down lately Jackson, Candace, Ray, Camden, and Hudson our facing a family’s worst nightmare.

Jackson has been suffering from increasing headaches over the past month and  this past week they were lucky enough to get him seen by a pediatric neurologist. Although his exam was normal, the doctor wanted to get an MRI just in case, since his headaches were occurring  daily. We believe God was truly watching over Jackson when they were able to get his MRI this past Thursday.

The MRI revealed that Jackson has a golf ball sized mass on his brain and they were told to go straight to John’s Hopkins from the imaging center.

As of right now it is truly a miracle that Jackson is still acting like his normal self. His tumor is causing a lot of fluid to build up on his brain and putting a lot of pressure on his brain as well.

Jackson is currently in the PICU at John’s Hopkins so they can keep a close eye on him, and prepare for surgery to remove his tumor on Monday.

We don’t know what the road ahead looks like for Jackson and his family but we know the power of love, support and prayer during uncertain times.
