Hello, friends and supporters,
My name is Jessica, and I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a humble request for assistance. I am facing the toughest battle of my life - a battle against cancer.
My Story: In June, 2023, I received the diagnosis of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma. Since then, my life has been a rollercoaster of doctor's appointments, treatments, and endless medical bills.
On October 2, 2023, a new, large mass was identified and is believed to be malignant. I will be going in for another biopsy for that on October 6, 2023. Because all of my thyroid and thyroid tissue was removed via surgery and radiation, the new mass likely is unrelated.
This journey has been physically and emotionally draining, but I am determined to fight with everything I have for my kids, my husband, and everyone I love.
Why I Need Your Help: Cancer has not only taken a toll on my health but also on my finances. Despite having insurance, the costs of treatments, medications, and frequent hospital visits have added up quickly.
