Fighting for Jamie Moyer
Donation protected
On the morning of Saturday, November 9th our lives were tragically changed. Jamie suffered a traumatic head injury from an accident while working at our home in Chalfont. As many of you know we recently purchased our first home together and exchanged our vows on Friday, October 25th.
On Sunday, November 17th Jamie passed away after a week of fighting for his life. It was my intention before Jamie passed to provide one on one care when he was able to come home and I would continue to pay all of our bills. I have been asked by Gofundme to provide an update on the "Story" as to how I will use the funds donated and my account will remain suspended until people are given the opportunity to request a refund.
Please read below and you can decide if this campaign still aligns with your original intentions:
At this time, it is my goal to keep our house that we worked so hard for and both purchased together. I say "At this time" because I need to overcome the fact that I wake up in this home where Jamie was tragically injured and I replay the events daily in my mind. If I am able to overcome this I hope to keep this home because it was our first purchase together.
I am still paying off the wedding and down payment on our home through credit cards. The donations will go toward Jamies medical bills, both of our mortgage, car payments, my student loans, electric, gas, insurance, food and anything else I need to survive as a 29 year old widow. I also used the funds towards Jamie's transport to the funeral home, cremation and 3 urns for his mother, father and brother.
I am asking to please decide soon, so that I can plan my next steps of what I need to do. Again, thank you for your support.
