Lora is a WARRIOR

Hi, my name is Joanna. I want to share a little about this remarkable woman and her husband.

On April 5th of this year this Casco resident, Lora Carr was given some news that turned their family's world upside down. Lora was diagnosed with leukemia.

But leukemia isn't stopping this warrior from fighting this war. She has undergone treatment locally and her hope for a full cure is not off the table. Should Lora be strong enough and they find a bone marrow recipient that matches Lora is sure to do everything in her power to give back to others as she has always done right here in her own Lake Region community.

Lora is eager to someday be back paying it forward as it is in her nature to be a giver.

Sean has faithfully been by her side in every step of her journey, but just the stay in Boston will cost them $50 a night for 60 days and $25 dollars a day in parking to just be able to receive her life giving bone marrow transplant. If you total it all out it cannot be done at all with the loving support of her friends, family, and local community behind her.

Lake Region community can we get behind this beautiful woman and her husband and support her now in the most challenging time of her life.
