Fighting for Rights to my Grandson Ryan

Hi, my Name is Renee and I have been fighting for rights to my grandson for 5 years. I have used all my pension, RRSPs, sold my truck and my property to pay for court fees. I left alberta after 24 years, my job and my friends to come back to fight the nasty allegations made against me…yet again. I finally won in Court and CCSD and the RCMP went on the stand on my behalf. After 6 times of showing up at the drop off location and not getting Ryan… back to court we went! Another 4000$ for RCMP enforcement. I now get him from Tuesdays 10am till Thursday 4:00pm. The order states that the court order has to be changed before school in SEPTEMBER. After 3 attempts of talking with the other grandparents ..CSSD showed up again. Regarding another false report filed by the other grandparents. I am completely drained financially and mentally so I figured I would try this. I appreciate any help and I’m sure Ryan does as well! Being the better person for Ryan and staying positive is extremely hard. Anyone that knows me knows the difference. I’m a great Nanny and Love my Grandson with EVERY part of me!! Gone to far to give up now…Thank you for your support!! And pray that I can keep fighting this horrible battle. UPDATE  Aug 30/2023 - Waiting on a date to go back to court for a hearing. Then the judge decides.
