After the completion of a fairly amicable and lawyer-free divorce where the custody was supposed to be 50/50, I now find myself battling a post decree 80/20 custody dispute. This means, if the opposing side were to win, I would see my children for only 20% of their formative years.

As a parent I cannot fathom seeing my boys (8 and 4 years old) for so little time. The thought of losing them for 80% of their young lives feels like my heart is being cut out of my chest.

I took out all of my retirement to pay for an attorney who would see me through mediation where we were hopeful all of this would be resolved - it was not, and we are now moving to hire a Child Family Investigator (CFI) to step in.

I have no more money. My retirement is gone, and most of my work has disappeared due to the pandemic. I need your help. Please. The legal fees to move forward are mounting and the CFI is a very expensive addition to the matter.
Thank you for anything you can spare, be it money, support, and/or prayers. My kids need both parents, and I need my two boys. Help us keep our family.
