Fighting IPF Article 14:Support My Battle for Athlete Rights

Hello everyone,

I'm Sean Koch, a dedicated powerlifter from Liechtenstein competing for Switzerland, currently studying in the United States on a scholarship at Midland University. I recently faced an unjust ban from the IPF President, preventing me from competing in the IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships 2024, despite being nominated by the Swiss National Federation.

The ban was enforced through what I believe are non-legal rules, specifically Article 14 of the IPF Constitution. This article prohibits athletes from competing outside of the IPF and imposes a 12-month ban for doing so. This not only affects me but also sets a dangerous precedent for athletes rights worldwide.

I am taking legal action against this ban and Article 14, as I firmly believe it violates EU and US laws. Specifically shown in precedent CJEU Cases C-333/21, C-124/21 P and C-680/21. However, legal costs are significant, and I need your support to fight this injustice.
