Fighting neuroendocrine cancer

My name is chandler. I'm a 33 year old Dad in semptember I found a lump under my armpit that turned out to be cancer that had spread to the lymph node. After a lot of testing they determined it was neuroendocrine cancer, a super rare cancer. I did intense chemo and radiation. The Dr thought that got rid of the cancer. It turns out that it spread its now progressed into stage 4 I need all the help I can get right now. I'm having a hard time missing work from dr appointments and affording the more healthy foods I'm trying to eat to give me a better shot. Even 5 dollars will help
