Over the summer of 2020 I was named in a defamation/slander/libel lawsuit for telling the truth about my experiences, as well as showing support for women in Professional Wrestling that bravely told their stories and raised concerns about alleged sexual misconduct, including but not limited to certain individuals. A total of over 15 women, some named, others anonymous, along with myself are all being sought for a judgement of up to $10 million dollars.

I have what I feel are the means to fight against these claims, and prove that I am on the right side of justice - however, I cannot do alone, as the exorbitant costs of legal defense have taken their toll on me immediately.

I was able to receive assistance from WV Attorney Stephen P New in my case, and it has now been transferred to the Eastern District of PA as the lawsuit held no merit in CA, its origin of filing, as that state held no jurisdiction over me. We will now need to prepare to vigorously defend our case in Philadelphia, and will need a large amount of assistance to do so.

Up until now, I myself, with assistance of the funds you have all helped raise, reached over $3000. The next phase our journey is going to be long, emotionally exhausting, and far more expensive than what we have previously raised. This will be an ongoing battle and the funds raised will go directly to assist me in paying off high interest loans I've had to take out recently, along with additional retainer fees that will be coming in the very near future.
