Final Expenses for Ron Knight
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart that we report that Ron Knight, husband of my sister Sue Ersig Knight, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 24th. Ron leaves his family completely unprepared for life without him including the funds necessary to cover the final expenses and End of Life medical expenses. Because of a head injury, Ron had a brain bleed and was in ICU in a coma and on a ventilator. Brain surgery to stop the bleed and remove a clot proved unsuccessful and he was pronounced brain dead after an agonizing week.
Ron loved his family and always had a story or a joke to tell. He was my sisters companion and handyman. He adored his son Josh and was an avid supporter of his wrestling team when he was in high school. He was a terrific "Poppy" to his grandchildren, from building bedroom furniture for his granddaughter to being his grandsons best friend totally committed and involved with his football team and coaches at Anchor Bay Youth Football. He will be missed by many. Any and all donations are tremendously appreciated.
